Our experience within the recruitment industry has given us our desire to make a difference. Many recruitment companies only focus on profits for shareholders, we are different, we use a percentage of our profits to help benefit charities and projects within the local community.
Recruitment is our passion, it is what we are good at. Putting people before profit will help us to achieve our true goals in life.
Founders
Michelle Whiteman
Michelle was an experienced and passionate recruiter with over 15 years experience in the industry. Over her years working in recruitment she enjoyed building and nurturing long standing relationships with her candidates and clients, she loved the fact that she could make a difference to the countless people that she had the pleasure of working with. Michelle was talented, driven and a joy to be around. More importantly she was a caring mother, wife, daughter and sister, loved by her family and so many others.
Michelle was excited to be building a future and amongst her many plans was launching her own recruitment business with the intention of using that business as a purpose for good in recognition of the care that she received whilst undergoing treatment for cancer.
For anyone who does not know, Michelle fought a long and courageous battle with cancer and before she got to launch the business she sadly passed away in October 2022. Michelle was and always will be a founder and the M in MV.
In honour of Michelle’s memory, MV Talent Solutions will donate 10% of all fees to local charities to “Put People Before Profit“

A recruitment professional with over 20 years experience working across all sectors, Working in partnership with businesses I am skilled at uncovering the true depth of what is needed and the response required to ensure that we connect talented people with great companies. Building bespoke recruitment solutions is at the heart of what I have built over the years, adding value to businesses within Dorset and further afield.
As well as my past experience in the recruitment industry, it is also the heart-breaking loss of my great friend and businesses partner Michelle that has re-enforced my desire to build MV Talent Solutions into a business that's committed to giving back. Although very difficult for me to continue with our joint venture without her, I feel this is the right way to honour her memory and keep her legacy alive. In my heart she will always be a huge part of MV Talent Solutions.
