MV Talent Solutions are looking for a graduate or equivalent level to support and help deliver projects to our client’s end user. You will have a genuine interest in energy, climate change and sustainability. You will work closely with their more senior colleagues to offer clients advice and support to deliver their projects for them and enhance the performance of their buildings. Our long-term ambition is to help and develop the right candidate towards filling the role of Senior Consultant. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As Junior Consultant you will be expected to:
- Working with a wide range of blue-chip clients providing consultancy services in the net zero arena
- Collecting, monitoring analysing, and interpreting energy and carbon data
- Carrying out client site inspections and energy surveys
- Production of energy and carbon reports
- Benchmarking energy consumption against best practice guidelines
- Responsible for promoting energy conservation and efficiency to clients, staff, building managers and other stakeholders.
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing strategies and policies to reduce energy consumption.
- Assisting in the production of net zero strategies.
- Assisting in writing Green Plans and Sustainability Policies
- Encouraging the use of renewable and sustainable energy resources within an organisation or community and raising the profile of energy conservation
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The attributes, skills, and qualifications you’ll need for this role are:
- A qualification that can be applied to facilities management, project management, M&E, or energy management.
- Full driving licence and car owner
- Proficient with excel spreadsheets and energy management software.
- A strong drive and desire to make a big difference for customers as well as the energy and drive to deliver results and make things happen quickly.
