The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sustainability-related activities, monitoring ESG performance, and supporting ESG-related reporting and communications.

Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and manage sustainability programs and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis of ESG trends, regulations, and standards, and make recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and report on key sustainability performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ESG initiatives are integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Manage ESG data collection and analysis and oversee the production of ESG reports and disclosures.
- Liaise with stakeholders and external partners on sustainability- related matters.
- Identify and assess ESG-related risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate sustainability-related training and education programs for employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental studies, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability or ESG-related role
- Strong understanding of ESG issues and trends, and familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards (e.g. GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong project management skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
